Performanox Research is an independent research organisation focused on understanding people, communities and the factors that shape their experiences.

We believe meaningful research starts with access, trust and engagement. By working alongside grassroots organisations, community groups and frontline services, we are able to connect research with people in the environments where they live, learn and participate — including young people and communities whose experiences can be underrepresented in traditional research.

Our approach combines these community connections with robust research methods to explore lived experience, identify needs, evaluate interventions and understand what works. We use qualitative and quantitative methods to turn real-world experiences into meaningful evidence.

Our aim is simple: to produce research that is grounded in communities and useful beyond them — helping funders, policymakers, organisations and practitioners make better-informed decisions.
